PERFORMANCE
On Sunday, September 22, the Northern Illinois University Percussion Ensemble premiered the new compositions on the John Himmelfarb sculpture KB-3. While the original performance venue was in the field of the Wyoming Valley School Cultural Arts Center, rain brought the performance to the alternate location of the Wyoming Valley Municipal Garage. This proved to be a stunning venue - perfectly suited for the sounds of KB-3 coupled with the rustic look of road signs, snow plows, and more.

With a robust crowd in attendance and a delightful exchange of ideas, the performance was clearly a success. Many smiles were exchanged, memories for a lifetime were forged, and friendships across state lines and artistic disciplines were celebrated.
